DELIVERY TIME

Shipment of your order(s) is made as soon as payment is received. Your order(s) will reach you within 2-15 working days, depending on the shipping method you selected during the order process.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please contact us if you need to change your order or address. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we should be able to exchange it for you, at your expense (10% restocking charge + US$15 for our postage fee).


If we ship the wrong item to you, contact us and we will exchange it for you, at our expense.


Customer will have to bear all the transportation and insurance fee. It's their responsibility to provide us with Tracking Number to ensure the package will reach us in good condition.


SHIPPING COST

BY REGISTERED AIRMAIL : normally 8- 15 working days + 5 more working days for rural/ remote / outskirt area / village / provinces or Customs delay. Usually items will be delivered within the stated time frame, but due to customs inspections, delays up to 3 weeks can occur. Delivery to Brazil, Russia, Italy, Ukraine, China and Eastern Europe could take up to 2 months due to exceptionally long Customs Clearance in these countries for "watches".


DHL EXPRESS

There are additional charges to rural / remote / outskirt area / village / province. Watchspree will notify you if such charges are incurred for additional payment.


Your telephone number is a MUST to complete the procedure with DHL.


CUSTOMS

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.


Additionally, when ordering from watchspree.com.sg, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

HOW WILL MY WATCH BE SHIPPED?

For local buyers we will ship out your watch by Singpost Normal Mail or by Singpost Registered Parcel, depending on which option you chose while checking out.

For overseas buyers, you can either opt for Free International Registered Shipping or DHL Express.


HOW CAN I KNOW WHETHER MY WATCH HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered parcel reference number that you can use to check the status of your package online. You can also check the status of your order here: Order Status. An email will be sent to notify you for normal shipping option.


CAN MY WATCH BE DELIVERED ON A WEEKEND?

We try our best to send out all shipments by Friday afternoon (GMT +8). However, it is up to the transport services providers' policies whether they can deliver to you on a weekend or not. If the order cannot be delivered on a weekend, it will reach you on the following business day.


ARE WATCHSPREE.COM.SG'S WATCHES GENUINE?

All watches sold from WatchSpree are 100% genuine, authentic and brand new. We do not sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches are shipping in their original packaging with the actual watch box and all the documents.

DOES THE WATCH COMES WITH WARRANTY?

We offer a 1 Year Local Warranty (Carry-In) from the date of purchase to our in-house service center in Singapore. Please kindly refer to the Terms & Conditions on the WARRANTY CARD that comes with the purchase of the watch.


WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We normally ship your watch within 1-2 days after you have successfully placed your order.
