How will my watch be shipped?
We will ship out your watch by Singpost Normal Mail or by Singpost Registered Parcel, depending on which option you chose while checking out.

For overseas buyers, you can either opt for Free International Registered Shipping or EMS Express Shipping by Singpost.

When will you ship my order?
We normally ship your watch within 1-2 days after you have successfully placed your order. For watchspree.com.sg to ship your watch order as fast and hassle-free as possible, make sure you provide us with your preferred complete shipping address together with a phone number where you can be contacted. This is to ensure that you can be contacted by your local post office in case you are unreachable.

How can I know whether my watch has been shipped?
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered parcel reference number that you can use to check the status of your package online. You can also check the status of your order here: Order Status. An email will be sent to notify you for normal shipping option.

Do you ship to all international locations?
Yes we do shipped to all international locations using free international registered shipping.

Can my watch be delivered on a weekend?
We try our best to send out all shipments by Friday afternoon(P.S.T). However, it is up to the transport services providers' policies whether they can deliver to you on a weekend or not. If the order cannot be delivered on a weekend, it will reach you on the following business day.

Do I need to be there to receive the delivery?
We highly recommend that you have a person available to sign and receive the order(if applicable).

Are watchspree.com.sg's watches genuine?
All watches sold from WatchSpree are 100% genuine, authentic and brand new. We do not sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches are shipping in their original packaging with the actual watch box and all the documents.

The watch I want to order appears to be out of stock?
Please email us your request to and we will inform you the moment it is available.

What type of currency payment do you accept?
Currently we are able to accept payment in $Sing Dollars. This payment option is available at PAYPAL or Local Bank Transfer (DBS or UOB)

What sort of payment do you accept?

Does your price include tax?
For local, Yes. For Overseas No. You should contact your local authorities on any possible taxes.

Does the watch comes with warranty?
We offer a 1 Year Local Warranty (Carry-In) from the date of purchase to our in-house service center in Singapore. Please kindly refer to the Terms & Conditions on the WARRANTY CARD that comes with the purchase of the watch.
