Watchspree offers FREE international standard shipping for orders with NO minimum purchase. Please note that free shipping will be applied at checkout.

 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days from the payment verification date, unless stated otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING: All parcels will be sent via Singpost or DHL eCommerce. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipping carrier company and tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel. You may track the status of your parcel on http://www.singpost.com/track-items (Singpost) and https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/ (DHL eCommerce).

Delivery takes 7 - 18 working days depending on the customs clearance duration of the country destination. Delivery to Brazil, Italy, Ukraine, China and could take up to 2 months due to exceptionally long customs clearance. Delivery not available to Russia and Europe.

*COVID-19 UPDATE: Please expect shipment delays caused by the shortages of flights due to the pandemic. International delivery may take up to 30 working days.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING: All parcels will be sent via FedEx or DHL Express. Express Shipping option is only available to selected countries. This option will be automatically be reflected at checkout if the selected country is eligible for express shipping. Price excludes additional charges for remote areas. You may be notified to pay additional charges if your shipping address falls under the remote areas marked by the courier company.  Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel. You may track the status of your parcel on http://www.dhl.com.sg/en/express/tracking.html. You are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.
